Olive Oil tasting Masterclass

Our school is a special one: no walls, no marks.
We will walk through olive groves and experience what professionals do to deliver the best quality olive oil.
We will taste some samples, learn how to do it and watch a powerpoint, getting to know what it takes to change a great fruit to a supreme gift.
