Caratteristiche organilettiche
Questo olio viene prodotto con olive in fase di maturazione e mature. Nonostante la raccolta più tardiva, le note fresche che richiamano all'erba e al carciofo sono ancora presenti. Il gusto rotondo non sminuisce la piccantezza che richiama note di pepe.
Organoleptic Characteristics
This oil is produced with ripening and ripe olives. Despite the later harvest, the fresh notes reminiscent of grass and artichoke are still present. The rounded taste does not diminish the spiciness which recalls notes of pepper.
